Originally, from Chicago, Faith made her classical music debut in December of 1997 when she performed as a guest pianist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Soon after, in 1998 she appeared as a guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Since then she has performed in concerts, competitions, and radio stations throughout United States, and has been the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards. Along with performing for numerous associations such as The Chicago Arts Club, The Cliff Dwellers and The Ravinia Music Festival, she has also participated in master classes with renowned pianists such as Andre Watts, Ian Hominick, and Richard Goode.
In June of 2005, Faith completed her studies with Sylvia Wang at Northwestern University where she received a full scholarship to study Piano Performance and Psychology. In 2007 Faith completed a Masters Degree at The Manhattan School of Music under the tutelage of Dr. Arkady Aronov.
Beyond her career as a performer, Faith is uniquely dedicated to sharing the benefits of the piano with young children. In the fall of 2007, she co-founded The New York Music Group and now works directly with young children throughout New York City. She also serves on the faculty of the Bronx Conservatory of Music and the Belvoir Terrace Summer Arts Center in the Lenox, Massachusetts.
Most of all, Faith is passionate about helping children to develop a passion for music. Many of her students have come to view her as both an instructor and a mentor, a role that she warmly invites.
